Mistress Kitty - it depends on whether the permister is an "adult baby" or someone who wants to be humiliated with diapers and sissification, which can be two very different things. The first type wants to be treated like he's an actual baby, something which often doesn't appeal to the second type, who wants to be treated like an adult who's being humiliated by being treated like a young. It can seem like a fine line, but is quite a big difference. Which type are you dealing with?
