I like this style. Simple lines, simple colours, and good ideas. It's very nice (is it your work ?).

Unfortunately these are not my work. I think some amount of humor does have a place in this. How much humor depends on each permisters/couples preferences. Besides, I do believe humor/laughter is the best medicine.
