Clear out Internet Explorer temp files. go to the page and watch the movie. after it finishes loading, go back to the temp file folder, REFRESH it. and select the largest file there, probably an flv file and move it to another directory to save it.

Quoting: RobbieG after it finishes loading, go back to the temp file folder, REFRESH it You need to watch the progress bar at the bottom of the video. there is usually a grey part that shows the download progress and another indicator as to where the video is at that moment. Some file shares delete the main file once it finishes playing so you need to refresh the file folder and grab it BEFORE they delete it. youtube does this. I use this method all of the time. You also have to use Internet Explorer. Other browsers won't work.

Here is a couple of suggestions I posted in another place to help with the downloads from streaming sites. You need to remember to follow the instructions in sequence and it will work for anyone with internet explorer. The suggestions did work for a newbie so take a chance and try it. Let me know how it goes.
But you are downloading while you are watching it. It is possible with most sites, including this one, to save that "FLV" file on your hard drive and later convert it to whatever format you like or you can just download a free FLV player to view it. I just downloaded that same video by doing this: 1. Open Internet explorer then TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS and click on the delete files and delete cookies. Make sure you check the box for delete all offline content when deleting your temporary files. Open the SETTINGS button and VIEW FILES button. Keep this view open but you can close the other boxes. Then past the link to the video you want to watch and later save and click play. Watch the download bar at the bottom that shows the progress or how much has been downloaded. Note that this is NOT the progress indicator for the video as it plays but the bar it rides on. When it is full, the video has completed download. This should happen before you watch the end of the video. Also note that some players like youtube will delete the file after the player finishes playing so get to the file before that happens. Then view the temporary folder and refresh it. Sort by file size and the largest file should be your video...no matter what it is called. Most have an FLV extention but youtube messes this up. Just copy that file and paste it in another directory. If it already has an FLV extension, just watch it. If not, give it a file name with .FLV as the extention and watch. Hope this helps! Robbieg
I can't speak for IE7 as I am using IE6 but I can't believe they are that much different. Just find out where to delete your temporary files within IE7 Then view the folder where the temp files are located. It should be empty. Leave this folder open. After you do this, paste the link for the video into the browser and hit enter. Watch the bar at the bottom and when it is full (finished downloading) go back to the folder and refresh it. This will be BEFORE the video is done playing. The largest file will be what you want to copy to another folder. I've used this method dozens of time to capture video but you need to do it in the correct sequence or you'll loose it. I hope this helps. Robbieg

I use the free Moyea FLV Downloader, from The hyperlink is visible to registered members only! This software plays FLV files also. If you want to convert get Ipod Video Converter For Free, from The hyperlink is visible to registered members only! or Magic Video Converter, from The hyperlink is visible to registered members only! - $20.
From the flv home page - YouTube FLV Downloader Pro combines a Free downloader, a Free FLV player and a FLV converter into one. With it, you can download, convert, arrange and playback web videos (*.flv, *.f4v) from YouTube, Google Video, Fox and other more video-sharing websites anywhere you like.
I have not used the converter.
Please post if this works or not. The people at this site are Great for helping out with problems.
