(1) Give her the dress now. It might need alterations to be "perfect."

(2) You should go into the hotel bar first. Find a seat where you can see the whole room. Get a take. Relax. Then have her come in and sit somewhere that you can see. Wait for men to hit on her. Relax and enjoy the show.
