I am wanting to take the Wife on a vacation in the Caribbean soon. I really want to see her with another man, and think this would be a great way to make it happen.

My wife and I vacation in Jamaica every year pretty much, and many of those trips were to Hedo 3 before it closed, and Hedo 2 in Negril. While this is a place for almost anything to happen it's important to know that there are very few single guys at Hedo most of the time. This is not an issue for actual 'swingers' since you can swap with another couple pretty easily if that is your thing, but if you are looking for a guy for your wife but are not looking to have sex with that guy's wife ... then that complicates things a little but it's still doable. The sex at Hedo II has become so open and 'in your face' at times that it can be a real turn off if your wife is not really into this idea.
As for other places in Jamaica, you might need to avoid the nicer Couples and Sandals resorts since they are couple only resorts and look into the resorts that accept single men. The result is that the only major difference between that any any resort in the US or another part of the world would rest with if your wife felt a little more free to express herself, dress and behave sexier, and perhaps to experiment more in a place like Jamaica than at any typical beach resort in the U.S.

The other option is Desire in Cancun, and that may be good one for you. It's a little more upscale than Hedo. The guests range from clothed to topless to nude. There isn't normally sex just out and about, so she wouldn't have that turnoff. But they allow adults to play in the jacuzzi upstairs and there's a playroom by the club.
