Bull needs advice from the ladies

Hello ladies. I am an experienced bull, always in a relationship with at least one cuckold couple and being Bi, I can usually make sure we all get what we want out of the relationship.

Usually I keep away from friends as it can become messy and friendships are hard to find. So, here is my issue. Two couples I know, both have very attractive wives, much younger than their husbands and I can't see hubby really doing it for them but they give no outward signs of being available and in fact go out of their way to show affection to hubby. Holding hands, touching, kissing etc.

Question for the ladies here. When you are fucking other guys, do you go out of your way in public to purposely show signs of affection to hubby to keep him assured of your love for him?
