This article is about affairs and cheating. Which has nothing to do with cuckoldry, where both partners are fully involved in the wife's additional sex. In a marriage where the husband is a cuckold the husband fully supports and encourages his wife while she enjoys her lovers. It does not lead to divorce and all the heart ache that entails. Well, I wouldn't go so far as to say the article has *nothing* to do with Cuckoldry. It says that women largely call the shots, right? And I her a lot of their Husbands know they are getting Cuckolded! (Now, how many of them like it is another question...)

Adultery has always been with us. The difference now is that sociologists et al are waking up to the fact that women are just as eager for extra marital sex as men and now have more opportunity than ever to indulge. Have to disagree with the notion that cheating has nothing to do with cuckoldry. Cuckoldry is all about married women choosing to have sex with other men and ranges from situations where the husband is ignorant (cheating) to where the husband is fully supportive (lifestyle cuckoldry). My wife is the cheating type and, honestly, I wish she weren't because I'd love to be involved.

Masters_1950, does your wife know that you know she cheats? Does she know that it turns you on, and you'd like to he a part of it?

gsndhyte, yes she does but that has made no difference.

That's a bummer. Do you have much of a sex life between the two of you? I don't think our marriage would survive my being totally shut out of my wife's extramarital sex life.
