Okay well I didn't have a chance today to rip it to tiff but here's a copy and paste of the Document. I will upload the signed one asap.

(This contract is for the benefit of the assertive Wife, married to a husband who has proven incapable of rendering sexual satisfaction to Her, either through absence of penis size, inadequate endurance, premature ejaculation, or lack of attentiveness. It will enable the assertive Wife to live an OPEN sexual lifestyle, and will obligate the husband to remain faithful and attentive to the Wife and Her desires. To insure a successful Femdom Marriage, The Dominant Wife and the submissive husband will agree to the following:
This will be, from this day forth, a “Female Dominated” marriage. As such, the husband will be obligated to obey, the Wife in particular, and, Females in general. This binding document will present specific RIGHTS for the Dominant Wife, and will stipulate the duties and obligations of the now, cuckold-husband.
The Wife may address the husband in ANY manner desired. For example: slave, cuckold, sissy, bitch, or ANY other term She deems appropriate. In regards to the husband’s penis: The inadequacies of which, deem this contract necessary, henceforth it will be referred to as the “toy”. To insure a successful Femdom Marriage, the Wife has the RIGHT to demand oral sex from the husband at ANY time without reciprocal duties. This may include, but not be limited to, cunnilingus, analingus, foot licking, and/or, full oral body worship. As the Wife will no longer have need of the “toy” for sexual satisfaction, She may seek other means of satisfaction, for example:

2. She will have the RIGHT to have sex with other men as She sees fit, with out ANY repercussion from the husband.

4. The husband is FORBIDDEN to have sex with ANY other permister, Female or male, and must remain faithful and totally devoted to the Wife and HER pleasure.
5. The Wife will have the RIGHT to demand oral service from the husband even after having intercourse with other men.
6. The cleaning of Her vagina, and/or, anus of other men’s semen, orally by the husband, symbolizes his complete and total presentation to Her, and his willing acknowledgment of his “cuckold” status. 2. The husband is FORBIDDEN to touch the “toy” without the express permission of the Wife or a Female(s) designated by the Wife.
3. As the Wife has complete ownership and control of the “toy”, She, and only She, will determine whether it will be touched, fondled, caressed, or placed into any object, animate or in-animate. She, and only She, (Or a Female(s) designee.) will also determine if and when it may be caused to ejaculate.
4. The Wife FORBIDS the husband to EVER ejaculate without the Wife. The Wife will determine the method used to cause the “toy” to ejaculate. She may, for instance, allow masturbation by the husband, or She may use Her preferred method, (methods listed below.) to be applied by Her.
5. If the Wife permits the “toy” to ejaculate, She has the RIGHT to the semen produced by said ejaculation. The semen produced will ALWAYS be recycled orally by the husband.
Methods used by the Wife, to cause ejaculation may include, but not be limited to:
1. Masturbation by the husband’s hand.

8. The “toy” will NEVER be referred to as a cock, dick or penis, by the husband, or by ANY Female. It may be referred to as a dicklet, weenie, sissy clit, pee-pee, cocklette or any other name that will cause the husband embarrassment and offense.
9. If the husband is permitted to touch the “toy”, or masturbate, he must ALWAYS ask the Wife for permission to touch the “toy”, using one of the names above.

1. Not immediately obeying instructions.
2. Not orally satisfying the Wife when directed to do so.

9. Being disrespectful to the Wife, ANY Female, or the Wife’s Lover(s).
10. Using ANY object or clothing to cover his nudity in the presence of the Wife, Her Lover(s), or ANY Female(s), while in the home or on the property.
11. Failure to complete household and domestic duties to the satisfaction of the Wife.
12. Tampering with his chastity device, and/or, collar, or the locking device of either. Tampering with the sealed envelope(s) containing keys to the above items, and/or, tampering with the envelope containing the key to his locked up clothes. (If applicable.).
Punishments may include the following. (This is a guide only, and does not limit the Wife’s choice of punishments, or implements used, which is only limited by Her imagination.) The husband will, of course, be nude when punishments are administered.
1. Spanking--# of strokes @ Wife’s discretion. ( leather belt, paddle, hairbrush, or wooden spoon may be used.)
2. Whipping--# of strokes @ Wife’s discretion. ( whip, cane, switch, riding crop, or cat-o-nine tails may be used.)
3. Binding the husband to a bed, rack, or any other object for extended periods of time. (duration @ Wife’s discretion.)
4. Restraining the husband with ropes, belts, chains, handcuffs, or any leather bondage device.
5. While restrained or bound, #1, and/or, #2 may be applied to the husband’s body.
6. The “toy”, and/or, the husband�s testicles may be bound, tied, or restrained in ANY way that amuses the Wife.
7. While bound or restrained, applying hot wax, Ben-Gay, Icy-Hot, or other stimulant to the “toy”, and/or, testicles.
8. While bound or restrained, using hot wax, clamps, irritating ointment, and/or, any other device, on the husband”s nipples.
9. Anally penetrating the husband with a dildo or butt plug. A dildo or butt plug may be secured after insertion into the husband’s anus for extended periods of time. (Duration @ Wife’s discretion.)
Punishments will be administered by the Wife, and/or, a Female(s) designated by the Wife. It is also the Wife’s RIGHT to have other Females, Her Lover(s), or ANYONE else present to witness any punishments administered to the husband. (At the Wife’s discretion, public punishment may also be applied, i.e.- face slapping, over the knee spanking, verbal chastisement, or any other public punishment She desires.)
To insure a successful Femdom Marriage, the husband acknowledges that the following are Privileges, not punishments.
1. Orally satisfying the Wife upon demand. (Foot, vaginal, anal, or other.)
2. Allowing the Wife to withhold and control his erections, and/or, orgasms, to improve his attentiveness to Her.

To insure a successful Femdom Marriage, the Wife and the husband, agree to the following:
1. As the “toy” is now owned by the Wife, all previous rights and obligations of the “toy” are transferred to the “Faux Penis”, i.e.- strap-on dildo, which is owned by the Wife and will now be referred to as the Penis.
