It's probably not cum, just ask her about it I had the same thing going on and my wife said it's not cum.

If you are talking about dried stains, it is pretty distinctive, especially in white or light colored panties. You can always get a pair of hers and cum in them, then see what it looks like when they dry. Cum also has a distinctive smell - sort of musky but flat, not sharp like a woman's other stains can be like. Here are some pictures of the real thing.
