What Makes You Orgasm?

For all - but especially a question for cuckolds or wittols:

Are you able to orgasm without thinking about being cuckolded? I think I am genuinely suffering an addiction here. I can hardly cum while having sex with my wife or while masturbating - without imagining her in a hot wife scenario where I am being cuckolded.

Only on occasion can I cum for another reamister (sometimes the thought of a hot actress I'm enamored with can do it - e.g., Scarlett Johansmister, Uma Thurman, Jaime Lynn Sigler, of late). But, 99% of the time - it's being cuckolded.
