Just an idea: Anyone interested in starting a Cuckold community?

not like the forum but an actual community where cuckolds move in next to each other, such as having a street/neighborhood with people into the cuckold lifestyle?

I'm 22yo and live in Orange County, housing here is in the +800k range and that's just ridiculous. I checked some houses in Texas (city of Sugar Land) and newish (3-5 years built) and new tract houses are only in the 250k range. I had an idea maybe us cuckolds can buy like multiple houses to guarantee that it'll be a cuckold neighborhood haha.

Not sure if there are a lot of black guys in that area though.

I think its a great idea- but you would need a mixture of bulls and cucks in the same neighborhood. I would move into that neighborhood- or at least come and visit a lot. lol

I think they would shut it DOWN WACCO STYLE being that CUCKOLDING is actually ILLEAGL in 45 states! How ever it is a COUNTY thing. So it'ld be pretty easy to over turn that law.

I think it is a great idea and my ex says she would certainly give it such a place serious consideration for our relocation. (She has been toying with a move for some time.)

I think that it might be a practical challenge, however. Taking just us for example, a move would be dependent on how things go with her current beau, but also on her and my career prospects in the area where the community is. (Quitting the day job for 24/7 maid duties is a great fantasy, but she is not in a position to forego my income.)

To find a community with enough job opportunities, services, good schools, etc. for a wide enough number of cuckolding couples you'ld probably need to be in a major metro area. In that case the cost of the housing would be higher, which means that your pool of cuckold couples would be further constricted to those who could afford it.

Than there is the control issue. You would need to have a consortium buy numerous properties up front. This is hard to do. You would need to look either in new developments, distressed neighborhoods, or rapidly changing communities. And what happens when someone moves or dies? Their house will go on the market and you can't predict who will buy.

It is a worthy idea, but I think a much tougher and more expensive project than you imagine.

But we are interested if anyone gives it a try.
