Very much so. Where we live in the UK it is common to see white girls with black men or mixed race babies and no-one bats an eyelid. It's very rare to see a white guy with a black girlfriend or wife though. White wives taking black lovers is probably kept under wraps more, except when the wives talk to one another of course!

Yes, I've noticed that. Most TV ads now feature a mixed couple, usually a black man with a white wife.
