Sometimes he does some alterations, but he's also aware that if you turn someone into a super model by giving them nose jobs and stuff, they could be insulted,,,so he tries to keep it to makeup, hair color, and taking a few years off, stuff that people can actually do themselves, if they wanted to, most people like that, again if it tasteful
I've made that mistake before. I took some family photos for friends and the wife had a small speck on her tooth so I removed it then whitened the teeth just a tiny tiny bit....the first thing she said upon seeing it is, "thanks, I know I need to have my teeth whitened". They really weren't bad at all and I barely adjusted them, but me adjusting them told her that I thought they were in need of it. I've never done anything to anyone in photoshop that wasn't requested since.
