It's called "Rough Sex". It was put out by either Anabolic or Diabolic. It ended up being pulled for being too rough. Really, REALLY hard to find. I could only find this scene, and it was edited. Strange part was that the bits that were edited out weren't violent or rough. I remember there used to be a part where the black dude was laying back on the couch. One chick was rimming him, while the other two were sucking his toes. Incredibly hot, but cut out of the edited version.
And strangely, all the rough bits are still there.
