I read the thread with interest, as I'm always looking for ways to enhance my situation, or grow it in other directions. But my wife probably sl/eeps too lightly for this technique. I can wake her up instantly just by whispering her name. So I've taken a slightly different path of dropping light, repetitive hints over time (months... even years) to get the same results.

I read everything like the loving whispers threads and the pdf and the stuff here. It must have taken me 4 yrs to put it together and use Heps pdf and gain help from this thread. There's lots of repetitions lots of pauses lots of retrying but I hammered out a line of taking her dancing hammering out a line of where and with whom and the rest did eventually slot into place ha ha so to speak. Hep needs to comeback and give ppl the benefit of his wisdom! If your looking here Hep. I read he had success himself though I know from also reading here that he was getting tired of trying to work round the draconian censorship of simple words like s l e e p. Last time I managed to get an email he said he was developing a recording about the whispers for ppl though he had his concerns about ppl playing to anyone because the increase in chance of being caught out!
SheDatesHeWaits what belbastone says is correct. If she was taking s l eep in g tablets might be only sure fire way of using this. But she'd no doubt have to be having sle ep issues to do that.
