Why can't I save pics to my desktop?

why can't I click and move the picture to my desktop on my apple computer? i'd love to save these to look at then anyone know how? doesnt work for me... please help if you can thanks molly if anyone can help me tell me here or email me at [email protected] thanks so much

click pic, then chose 'open in another tab/window'

I always open pics in a new window here and have never had a problem doing it or saving it after doing that except for this pic you uploaded on another thread:

Instead of opening a new window and then displaying it in that window, you get prompted asking if you want to save this file, "GetAttachment[1].aspx.j.jpeg"
