Penthouse Forum did this study many many years ago. The results were interesting. They measured over 1000 men of each color (white or black for this study) and came up with the following.

Whites had the greatest disparity of size from 1.5 inches to 11.5 inches hard
Blacks ranged in size from 2.5 inches to 10.25 inches hard

Mean = the point at which half are larger and half are smaller

The mean for whites was 6.2
The mean for blacks was 6.3

The Average for whites was 5.8
The Average for blacks was 5.5

The really interesting part was that the circumference was equal on the average AND the mean.

black circumference ranged from 2.1 to 7.4
white circumference ranged from 1.8 to 7.6

Again this is an actual measurement test and not the "word" of those in the study. So it seams there is very little real difference except that white cocks have a larger range in which to fall.

You don't get real close - don't have to in some cases!
