I don't know about them both having fake breasts. The first one, yes...she's leaning so far back that the top half of her torso is more horizontal than vertical and her breast are still sticking up instead of falling to each side (under her arms), like they would if they were real. The second one though, they're big enough to be fake but, they're sagging quite a bit considering she's standing straight up so, I guess you could say it's actually a good job (if in fact they are fake). I permisterally don't like any fake breasts regardless of how real they look (with the exception of reconstruction because of accident or illness). In my opinion doctors that specialize in breast augmentation for cosmetic purposes, compromise the oath they take as doctors for profit.
