You are now involved just by posting that you're a black male. I'm sure a couple will respond that lives fairly close to you or if you're willing to travel. As far as safety goes, the couple will let you know if a condom is required or not. A condom seems silly to me because if the woman is going down on you then she's suseptable to STDs' orally as well.
