I prefer hotwives to wear their wedding ring, so I know what I am getting into. An ankle bracelet on their right ankle helps as well. They should dress at least a little slutty, so I know what they are looking for. Maybe dress a little younger looking than is appropriate.

Sounds like what you're wearing is correct. As for the ring being obvious, you'd be surprised. I've picked up a couple of wives at bars who were not wearing rings. I hate that.
