Don't get mad at me, hon. I am basing my opinion on the numerous studies that I have looked up objectively. I put them all together and find that they are inconclusive. I can find dozens that show that percentage wise whites are bigger and I can find that percentage wise blacks are bigger too.

Seriously, I've looked at this issue ad naseum and have come to the conclusion that there is no conclusion, the best bet is to say that they are about the same.
